We were moved to a king room and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffeemaker and a work desk. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Great value for Lebanon...

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Lebanon, had much fun. A shower and hairdryers was a plus.
The street was noisy.

The Location for my needs.The staff was friendly and helpful.
Did not like that they took out the free coffee ,tea and water bar that they once had.Replaced it with a Star Bucks outlet. Prices a little high. Hrs ended at 10pm so if you get in later no chance for a cup of tea. We are not all coffee drinkers. Hate the half pillows that so many of the hotels are using these days. My room was not serviced one day.No compensation for that.Temp. in room was very hard to regulate even with a thermostat..I could complain about the noise from other guests half the nights and early mornings but I guess there is little the hotel can do about selfish guests.
